my experience 

Throughout my career to date working for charities, in the NHS and in my private practice, I have gained experience, working in a range of settings and with a range of mental health difficulties.  My experience involves working in the NHS, Mind Charity working with LGBTQI+ and the Priory Hospital. I now have my own practice providing psychological therapy.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing upon numerous psychological approaches that are tailored to meet each individuals needs to improve well-being.  I have experience of working in both the community and inpatient settings, supporting people experiencing a range of mental health difficulties. I  specialise in supporting people who are experiencing anxiety and depression.

I have experience working with adults and teens. ​
