About me

 I am an experienced Psychologist registered with the British Psychology Society (BPS) and the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I am also an accredited CBT Therapist. My experience involves working in the NHS, Mind Charity working with LGBTQI+ and the Priory Hospital. I now have my own practice providing psychological therapy.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing upon numerous psychological approaches that are tailored to meet each individuals needs to improve well-being.  I have experience of working in both the community and inpatient settings, supporting people experiencing a range of mental health difficulties. I  specialise in supporting people who are experiencing anxiety and depression. I have experience working with both adults and teens.
